12.2. The employer, for itself and for any related employer, does not engage the AFA and individuals or entities acting on its behalf for claims, claims, deeds, deeds, costs, expenses, losses, damages and any other debts arising from this contract, including, but not exclusively, a service contract between the employer and a training provider. An apprenticeship contract will provide details on the terms of employment, working conditions and the apprenticeship program itself. Both the employer and the apprentice receive a copy of the retaining agreement. This agreement sets out the terms of use of the apprenticeship service for training providers. All employers receive an Employer Reference Number (ER) from the Education and Skills Agency (ESFA) to successfully fund the program. If your organization has never registered an apprentice, it is likely that the ESFA will contact you shortly. The agreement of training providers with the Agency for the financing of education and qualifications @ESFAgov to pay training providers for the implementation #apprenticeship training. Funding rules: ESFA`s learning funding rules published on GOV.UK www.gov.uk/guidance/apprenticeship-funding-rules are revised and amended from time to time. Employer: an employer who enters into a training mission contract with a training provider (a) for his own apprentices and/or b) on behalf of a networked employer for the employees of the related employer, financed by the employer`s apprenticeship account. 12.1. Subject to item 12.3, the ESFA assumes no responsibility for the direct or indirect consequences that may result from the actions and/or omissions of the employer or employer related to this agreement or its respective obligations to third parties, including, but not only, a service contract between the employer and a training provider.
13.3. The AFA may withhold or withhold money owed to the employer, due to the employer and the employer`s remuneration, against any amount owed to the employer under this or other employer agreement with the ESFA. This is a legal requirement and constitutes an employment contract between the apprentice and the employer. Apprentices under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian signed on their behalf. The company is responsible for paying the course fees, as described above. Achievement Training reserves the right to collect additional fees if the apprentice does not complete the course during the agreed training period. However, training begins immediately, if your first payment is not on the agreed date, the training is discontinued. This agreement begins from the date the employer enters into this accounts.manage-apprenticeships.service.gov.uk agreement and remains in effect unless it is denounced earlier, as stated in paragraph 14.
