The AFA may withhold or withhold money owed to the employer, due to the employer and the employer`s remuneration, against any amount owed to the employer under this or other employer agreement with the ESFA. This agreement begins from the date the employer enters into this accounts.manage-apprenticeships.service.gov.uk agreement and remains in effect unless it is denounced earlier, as stated in paragraph 14.
