4.1.1 Free User Content. Free users retain ownership of the user content they transmit to the service («User Free Content»). By submitting free user content, free users grant Asana a license to access, use, copy, copy, reproduce, process, personalize, publish, transfer and display free content, as permitted by Asana`s privacy policy, even if the law or good faith requires it to comply with legal procedures. We reserve the right to remove all free user content on the Service that is contrary to these conditions or which, at Asana`s sole discretion, are otherwise offensive. Your ability to reduce, adjust or cancel your plan is subject to the subscription contract or subscription contract that the parties sign separately. 6. Personal data. Asana processes and protects all personal data provided at the time of registration in accordance with Asana`s privacy policy, which is in asana.com/terms#privacy-policy. Asana offers global data residency options to ensure that customers have more control over where their data is stored. («Asana») and the organization that accepts the terms of this agreement («customer»). This agreement enters into force as soon as the customer clicks a button indicating consent under this agreement; (b) the customer who enters an order form or similar form that returns or otherwise uses this agreement; or (c) the customer`s use of the service (the «effective date»).
When you enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization, that organization is considered a client and you declare that you have the power and authority to bind that organization to that agreement. Asana, Inc. («Asana,» «we,» «our») provides a wide variety of team productivity, collaboration and organizational tools available online, including a mobile application (together the «service»), and websites, including, but not limited to, www.asana.com, wavelength.com, blog.asana.com, community.asana.com (the «websites»). These terms of use of the Asana community (these «Terms of Use») contain important information about your use of the Asana community website in forum.asana.com (the «Asana Community»).
